  1. The timeframe: 30 days from the delivery date.
  2. The charge: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. There are no restocking fees.

If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we will send it back to you at your request (and ask you to cover the delivery costs).
