Easy returns & exchanges

Life needs as many happy moments as possible. If you are not delighted with your purchase you can return or exchange it.

  1. The timeframe: 30 days from the delivery date.
  2. The charge: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. There are no restocking fees.
  3. Return items to: Julianna Rae Returns, 217 Middlesex Turnpike, Suite 203, Burlington, MA 01803
  4. To be eligible for return or exchange: items must be unworn, unwashed, unblemished, unused and unaltered. (You may try the item on but please just don't wear it. Return the item how you would like to receive it - clean and new!) All tags must be attached. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we will send it back to you at your request (and ask you to cover the delivery costs).
  5. Ineligible for return or refund: Shipping fees.
